Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason, unless an exception applies under applicable German or European Union law.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

For orders consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is received.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Swamiglobal Exim UG (haftungsbeschränkt) of your decision by means of a clear written statement before the withdrawal period expires.

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If your withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse all eligible payments received from you, including the standard delivery charges where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed with you.

No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.

6. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you should return the goods without undue delay and within the legally applicable return period.

Returned products should:

• Be securely packaged
• Be protected against transport damage
• Include all supplied accessories where applicable

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or may be excluded, in certain circumstances permitted under German and European Union law, including but not limited to:

• Perishable food products
• Goods manufactured according to the customer's specifications
• Clearly personalized products
• Sealed food products that are unsuitable for return once unsealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene
• Other exemptions provided by applicable law

8. Diminished Value of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If returned goods show excessive use, damage, or handling beyond normal inspection, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund where permitted by law.

9. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed without undue delay after:

• We receive the returned goods; or
• You provide satisfactory proof that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
